The Opportunity 

We’re launching a dedicated Door-to-Door Residential Sales team in partnership with Kinetic by Windstream, bringing ultra-fast fiber Internet and communications services to neighborhoods across your region. If you’re a motivated, goal-oriented professional who loves meeting people where they live, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do 

  • Engage residential customers face-to-face through door-to-door canvassing and local events to promote Kinetic’s fiber internet products and services. 
  • Leverage a territory lead list and your own prospecting to build a robust sales funnel. 
  • Identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and close sales while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. 
  • Visit prospects to process orders, ensure service activation, and follow up for referrals. 
  • Maintain accurate records in Sales Rabbit and participate in weekly team huddles to share best practices and track goals. 
  • Represent OSL and Kinetic with optimism, empathy, and integrity at every doorstep. 

Keys to Success 

  • An entrepreneurial self-starter who excels in achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Outgoing relationship-builder who is energized by helping people. 
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills; comfortable working independently. 
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and access to a dependable personal vehicle are required. 
  • Flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and select weekends. 
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and covering varied terrain. 
  • Sales, customer-service, hospitality, or canvassing experience is an asset.
