The Opportunity
We’re launching a dedicated Door-to-Door Residential Sales team in partnership with Kinetic by Windstream, bringing ultra-fast fiber Internet and communications services to neighborhoods across your region. What You’ll Do
- Engage residential customers face-to-face through door-to-door canvassing and local events to promote Kinetic’s fiber internet products and services.
- Leverage a territory lead list and your own prospecting to build a robust sales funnel.
- Identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and close sales while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- Visit prospects to process orders, ensure service activation, and follow up for referrals.
- Maintain accurate records in Sales Rabbit and participate in weekly team huddles to share best practices and track goals.
- Represent OSL and Kinetic with optimism, empathy, and integrity at every doorstep.

- Strong time-management and organizational skills; comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
- Flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and select weekends.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and covering varied terrain.
- Sales, customer-service, hospitality, or canvassing experience is an asset.
Physical & Technical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Proficiency with mobile devices (iPad/iPhone) and CRM software.
Compensation Structure
- Base salary + uncapped commission paid per service unit activated.
- Additional incentives, contests, and referral bonuses available.
