The Opportunity
We’re blending OSL’s award‑winning people culture with Kinetic’s next‑gen network to build a high-performance Door‑to‑Door (D2D) sales force for Kinetic by Windstream that may literally change how families connect.
As the Area Sales Manager (ASM) you’ll hire, train, coach, and inspire up to 10 D2D Sales Representatives who bring fiber‑fast Internet services straight to customers’ doorsteps.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit, interview, and onboard D2D Sales Representatives across 6‑10 neighbourhood territories.
- Train, coach, and energize team of sales reps to perform at exemplary levels
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Windstream products and services to effectively communicate value to customers and sales team.
- Lead by example – work from a territory lead list to deliver best-in-class service in residential areas.
- Analyze and report territory metrics to optimize staffing levels and local activations.
- Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and ethical selling standards.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with OSL and Kinetic business partners.
Keys to Success
- 3+ years leading multi‑site or territory‑based sales teams (retail, solar, security, or D2D channel).
- Resilient road‑warrior comfortable travelling and working evenings/weekends to match customer availability.
- Powerful communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets while maintaining top‑tier customer satisfaction.
- Advanced coaching, performance‑management, and recruiting skills.
- Tech-savviness with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong grasp of managing fiscal budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing sales metrics.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle needed for role.
- Ability to stand/walk outdoors for extended periods
Physical & Technical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Proficiency with mobile devices (iPad/iPhone) and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SalesRabbit platform a plus.
Compensation Structure
- Base salary + monthly team performance bonus
