About the Role: 

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Field Sales Agents. Acting as ambassadors of a widely recognized meal-kit brand for one of our incredible clients! In this role, you’ll be going door-to-door, meeting with our potential clients, introducing them to our fantastic products, and tailoring custom solutions to meet their needs. And just so you know, yes, we promote from within, so If youre a motivated and results-driven individual, who chases goals and big dreams, we want you to join our winning team and grow your career with us!

  • Ability to work with customers and tailor solutions that fit their lifestyle, delivering a best-in-class customer service experience always 
  • Meet with your team weekly to share best practices, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results in your assigned areas 
  • Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy and integrity as the face of our client's brand

Do you have the keys to success? 

  • Sales experience isn’t a must, but a definite asset 
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is a definite asset 
  • An ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • An outgoing people person, helping and being around people naturally energizes you 
  • Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals 
  • Money-motivated and eager to succeed (Uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential!) 
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player 
  • Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience an asset 
  • Reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (You will travel within Davidson County) 
  • A flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and weekends as required
  • Comfortable standing/walking/being active long periods of time including working outdoors in any weather

 

 

Compensation: 

  • Wage + Commission
