About the role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, Development, the successful Director of New Business Development will champion the growth of OSL’s outsourced sales solutions. Working as the key driver of new opportunities, your networking, business development, relationship building, and closing skills will demonstrate and promote OSL’s culture and values. You will facilitate the growth of OSL’s presence across the United States.
We’re seeking a qualified Director of New Business Development, to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and deliver new business. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

You will research the industry and potential, develop a pipeline of prospects, source and develop relationships with potential clients and partners with our operational leaders to develop successful proposals for new business.
