What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

  • Manage a district of prime retail locations, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director
  • Recruit, train, and coach District Sales Teams
  • Create strategies for various locations and manage staffing levels
  • Follow procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding employees
  • Regularly visit stores in person and travel up to 75% within your assigned district

What it Takes

  • 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in a retail organization
  • Able to recruit, select, and hire driven team members, including team leads and sales associates
  • Proven track record of growing sales and services while maintaining high operational standards
  • Able to manage district fiscal budgets, forecast sales, and retail metrics
  • Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends
