    Walmart USA has partnered with OSL to operate its wireless kiosk locations across the United States. We offer a multi-carrier platform, including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and where applicable, a suite of Walmart's no contract carriers. We are currently seeking a result oriented, hands on New Store Opening Coordinator who can actively engage, work with and develop a team of talented mobile professionals to deliver best-in-class in-store Walmart Mobile sales experiences.

    Reporting to the Client Project Manager, you lead by example and create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow, and function well as a team.

    As a New Store Opening Coordinator, you will be responsible to assist new locations with their set-up and start-up. You will be an extension of the District Management team and provide support by dividing and conquering on new store openings and tasks. You will train and empower the associates to take the reins of their new retail location in every way. From facilitating sales and operations training to helping the team receive and ensure they are set to delight the customer. In your daily activities, you will display high levels of engagement, professionalism, operational excellence and teamwork. You will add value to our client, Walmart USA, and meet their business goals. You thrive under pressure and take pride in being a part of something great.     Job Requirements:

    • Train new store teams on key business objectives including sales, attach rate, customer experience and operational targets
    • Train new store team on operational guidelines to ensure compliance to all standards
    • Strong communication and presentation skills are required
    • Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills
    • Ensure each new store location completes all New Store Opening (NSO) objectives as identified on all checklists, pulse checks and field audits; documents all activities as outlined
    • You ensure the store team understands the guidelines for completing all required training
    • Ensures all scheduled NSO shifts are completed or handed off appropriately as per documented guidelines
    • Proactively identify issues with sites, team members, processes and provides feedback in a positive professional manner
    • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail a fast-paced environment is essential to success
    • Handle and diffuse conflict and stressful situations professionally and collaboratively
    • Proactive, problem solver with a “can do” attitude
    • Ability to travel 80% - 90% of the time 

    Physical Job Requirements:

    • Ability to provide your own vehicle and drive and travel extensively to stores day and evening
    • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
    • Ability to stand for extensive periods of time

    Job Type: Contract

    Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 / year
