OSL has partnered with SafeLink to showcase and sell their products nationally across the United States. As a Territory Manager (TM) you will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and managing a team of 10-15 Sales Associates.

As an OSL Territory Manager, your compensation includes:

  • Base Salary

Qualifications include:

  • The TM will manage and train a team of 10-15 Sales Associates
  • Inventory Management
  • Responsible in the delivery of sales team meeting updates on a regular basis
  • Set performance expectations and deliver coaching and/ or progressive performance management
  • Has an existing network of potential sales associates
  • Partner with local community groups and services to support recruitment
  • Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of leading teams who exceed sales targets
  • Willingness to travel through assigned territory
  • Willingness to learn our proven and successful sales process
  • Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
