The Situation:

Calling all sales individuals! We're looking for dynamic people to support our client AT&T & Sam's Club. Sam's Club has teamed up with OSL to run Sam's Club Locations across the country (#dreamteam). We’re growing at light-speed. That’s why we need motivated sales associates who can keep up and grow with us! Our mid and top Associates can earn between $40,000 to well over $60,000 annually for total targeted earning.

Yeah you, our shiny new Wireless Expert. You’re the connector between customers with their perfect wireless solutions. You’re hungry to sell and know amazing solutions is the way to make the sale. Do you have the determination, grit and personality to sell and have strong sales experience? Do you have wireless experience or are looking to make an industry change? This is your chance to grow with us and take the next big step in your career and be a part of the most awesome team in North America.

 

You’ll do this by…

  • Going for the goal, you love having an uncapped earning potential
  • Self-motivated and open to learning sales techniques that deliver success
  • Independent, goal and income driven.
  • High energy communicator with a positive outlook and focus that customers respond to.  Our most successful sales people talk to over 100 people a day!
  • Process new activations, upgrades and sales of wireless devices (like a champ!)
  • Close sales by delivering five-star customer service… and caring about the people you close!
  • Process new activations, upgrades and sales of wireless devices and accessories (like a champ!)
  • Being in sales beast-mode whether you’re solo or supported by a strong team

 

 

Good thing you have what it takes…

  • Solid sales experience (retail, field sales, etc) or the passion and commitment to build a lucrative sales career!  Many of our highest earners had no prior experience.
  • 10/10 customer service and communication skills and a high-energy, positive attitude
  • A competitive eagerness to learn and develop
  • Full-time flexible availability. Weekends are often when we sell the most and earn the biggest paychecks!
  • Standing and walking for 8 hours per day (standard for the retail industry)
